This was an impromptu regatta. When JHU cancelled their regatta, citing a forecast for 20 mph winds, Washington College came through. MD Crew sent a women's V4, women's novice 4, and a men's V8. Washington College, Franklin Marshall, and Susquehana competed on Washington College's Chester River.
